How do I create an account?

  • 1. On Home Page, click “Register” link.

  • 2. Input required fields. (Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password, Confirm Password)

  • 3. Click “Register” button.

How do I edit my account information?

  • 1. User must be logged in.

  • 2. On Home Page, click “My Account” link.

  • 3. On the left side, click "Account Information".

  • 4. Change required fields. (First Name, Last Name, Email Address)

  • 5. Click “Save” button.

I forgot my password.

On “Sign In,” after you provide your email address, click “Forgot password?” link. Enter your registered email address and you will receive a link to reset your password and click “Enter”.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in most parts of Metro Manila, such as Las Pinas, Makati, Mandaluyong, Manila, Paranaque, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan, Taguig and selected areas in Quezon City. We will inform you if we have additional delivery areas. Please do check our Facebook page for updates.

How to order?

  • 1. User must be logged in.

  • 2. On the menu bar, click “Visit Our Store” tab.

  • 3. Select product category.

  • 4. Select product.

  • 5. Change the Quantity. Then, click “Proceed to Checkout” button.

  • 6. Click “Continue Shopping” button.

  • 7. Select product category.

  • 8. Select product.

*** To edit/delete

  • 9. Click “Update Shopping Cart” button. Edit on the quantity of your order and click “Update” Button. If you want to delete, one of your order click on the Trash icon at the left side.

Once your order/s have been finalized, proceed to “Proceed to Checkout” and complete your payment details.

How much is my shipping/delivery fee?

Delivery is free for a minimum order of P1,500 (for members).  For non-members, minimum order is P2,500 for free delivery.

A fee of P250 for any amount less than the minimum order will be charged.

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices

Payments

Fresh Online accepts Cash-On-Delivery.

Where is my order/what’s the status of my order?

  • 1. User must be logged in.

  • 2. Click “My Account” tab.

  • 3. On Account Dashboard, status of the order will be reflected.

When will I receive my order?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" tab at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

My order never arrived.

  • 1. User must be logged in.

  • 2. Click “My Account” tab.

  • 3. On Account Dashboard, status of the order will be reflected.

Get your Order # and check the delivery status.

 If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you immediately.

How do I change my order?

  • Change in orders are only allowed before the items are sent out for delivery.

  • Please call our hotline at 772-1033 for any change requests

AFTER SALES

received the wrong product

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll have the item picked up in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it when the goods were delivered.
